Can seafood go bad 4 fish?

I seem to remember reading somewhere a long time ago that freezing your prawn/shrimp too long causes denatured proteins.

I know my fish wont eat freezerburn prawn..

Really? Interesting. I'd be interested in more information on this if anyone has it.

When this denatured protein is ingested, the enzymes in the intestines work overtime to break it down. It takes longer, and can be quite uncomfortable. When all is said and done, little protein is actually absorbed.

dont use it if its been thawed for more than 3 days, smelling it is important too

keep frozen at all times.. throw in some warm water come feeding time, or let sit for bout hr... but i wouldnt recommend keeping unthawed

When I buy my food I cut it all up then put all of it in the freezer. I break off what I need and then thaw it. I only buy what will be eaten within 10 days or so
