Can Silver and black arowanas co-exist in the same tank ?

It may or may not work. There is a possiblity of it working as there are a few ppl who keep two silvers together.

I would also go with 3ft of width.

Certainly, I might as well go for either 2.5ft or 3.0ft width to cater for this big fish later in their life. :thumbsup:

What is the largest size can a silver arowana grow in the acquarium environment ? :mwave:

i saw someone posting their silver aros which are almost 3 ft in another forum..raised in aquariums..
