I was scammed on ebay..Seller never sent me the money back or the item. It was a ferret cage and my rats have long died of old age.
can some1 tell me what this means

It's a scam. I get a lot of emails like this as well. I was selling my BF's car online but only advertised it on South African websites and I had these weird ppl emailing me from overseas and talking about bank-guaranteed cheques and cr@p like that. I couldn't understand why they'd go through that much trouble to ship a car to England etc. Don't fall for it, they'll scam you in ways you never thought of. 
Yep I get these stupid emails when ever I try to sell something on Craigslist it's really easy to figure out though ... simply sell for cash and in person... I prefer to even "deliver" so I know where to go to get my money back if there is a problem LOL
