It looks like a zz dragon to me. That has some really nice colors. Sweet pic up for 10 bucks. I got that beat though I got a zz fader from petsmart for $2.97 here's a pic of him

Buy some NLS for him and keep the water clean and at 82-84. If you like him grow him out a bit, I have seen some really boring, plain looking fh at 3-4 inches turn really nice at 5-6 inches. He doesn't look bad, some people might say he is low grade, but if he has good personality and you like him, then keep him. If you don't like him, there's not going to be much we can say to convince you to keep him anyways.

Oh, and he does have some nice color and fins too, not likely he will get a huge head though - but you never know.

yeah hes only 3 inches ill grow him out a bit and ill update with pics

It's just regular but it most Likely won't have a big head
