looks like rainbow cichlid to me, grows to about 6 inch

After seeing the female, I have to believe that you have a pair of loisellei. They look good too.

Wow thoes are cool fish are thoes the breeding colors? The male and females are so differant. Very easy to sex them.

managed a pic of the female on my camera phone... not the greatest but hopefully will help in i.ding them..

thats a male i'm pretty sure they are motaguense i highly doubt they are lois
