Can someone help me identify my severum?

I'm not saying you're lying/wrong, I just want to gain some knowledge.

How do you tell apart a regular green severum from a red shoulder one while they're young? Some red markings(rather than spots) by the "face"?

The young red shoulder does not have spots at all. They don't have any color when they are young. The red shoulder show up as they get older. It will be very faint but darken up as they age. The young green do have spots on the body. I don't know about other types of severums.
 
I was hoping you would see this peathenster, I knew someone like you would see this thread when carfree first posted pics in the general sub forum and I suggested he try asking over here. I was going to guess notatus but had no idea if they had the vertical striping when young. The few I've seen in person were all 4"+.

Makes me miss the severum days :) I got wilds from Grey and JD, bred them and gave the fry to Ken, so I should say that I don't know what juvies look like. But the coloration and the reddish/brownish spots look fairly obvious.
