The plump one may be a female molly albeit young. If so, mollies benefit from a bit of salt in their water. And, good rec on the breeder net/box to save the fry from predation and/or getting sucked into the filter.

I have had the pregnant one for 3 months now. Now she was been geting biger and biger for the last 2 months and she still has not had her babies yet.
