yeah def a rotkeil in that pic you posted, and if its a larger one then that was def a good price, but pricing of fish really just depends on what is available in your area and what people are willing to pay for it, for me there is nothing but the typical petco/petsmart fish, so for me that would be a good deal for that fish if it was showing great coloring
