i dont know how they are so rare to see here when you can buy these chinese perch like 12-20" ones anytime anyday in any fish market ( for eating ) in hong kong xD definitely underrated fish in this hobby . ( and sorta in appropriate to say in a fishkeeping forum, but i have to say, they are produced as food fish, and they are the best tasting fish ever! )

almost every fish can be a delicacy in it's native country.

like here in asia, mundis make a good eating.

as well as indo tarpons.
