Can someone please ID these two fish for me...

Jellybean cons are just short bodied convicts. They don't have the round shape of parrots. I believe the op's fish are deformed convicts.

Exactly. I've never seen any BP x Convict spawns that resulted in them.

That would be my guess too. Did they come from the same spawn and if so did the rest look like them? Any new pictures?
 
These fish my wife picked up at petco, were the only 2 in the tank, beside them in a neighboring tank were traditional convicts. Both labeled at 2 different prices. I when back to the store to see if they knew what was up and they guy said they were "normal" convicts. ill tank some pics of them in a bit and upload em. They are currently housed with a male beta, 2 danios, a dwarf gourami, and one banded eye cory. There are no aggression issues in the tank
