Hi everyone :)

I've got an endi at 14" and she was feeding and swimming well. Until last week when i saw its body was bent and couldn't straighten it and now its not swimming much and also difficulty eating. Does anyone know what happened to her? Did she hit against something or isit some internal bacteria?

Please help

Can you post a pic?

Here's a pic of the poor fellow. The body cannot be straightened. Pls help

was it always pale like that?
Nope it turned pale due to the white backgrounds. Currently in its hospital tank.

I really don't know what happened :(

I'm sorry to tell you this but if it isn't eating or too weak to eat the probable outcome is not good. Its highly possible she either recieved an injury or developed a problem with her spine.I'm very sorry to be the bearer of this sad news it always is sad to lose a great fish-Anne

I hope there's a chance it may recover. Do u have any idea how it hurt its spine? Maybe hitting the glass covers possible?

there are any number of ways it could have injured itself ramming the sides of the tank, hitting the glass covers or like i said it could be a defect in the spine that just presented.Did you get this one the same time you got the one in the show your bichir thread?Any large tankmates?
