I agree with this.
I've done a lot of barb trimming when I've had to. Not something I'd ever do at home. And not something I'd suggest anyone at home try to do.
I prefer to knock them down (MS 222), trim them carefully, use an antibotic (Baytril or Amikacin injection) etc...
And as posted, if you do it wrong, you run the risk of hurting the ray and yourself.
I will not cut the barb since there were attack or such fort. Thanx everyone again whoever provide useful info without attacking me for just asking.
