Actually I had 5 total. I trade one to a friend for a lent pike. One is eating sinking massivore pellets with the bichir community. The other one is eating market shrimps.

And I guess they were too small to judge if two adult tigs would fight if in the same tank now that I think about it.

I'm feeding various fish filets and jumbo shrimp. I stuff the meat with Massivore pellets because he won't take pellets by themself. You guys are lucky who's do. I feed one day on, two days off, one day on, then three days off, then rotate back.

Just keep looking for a deal. I paid $70 for mine but he was only about 5-6" if I remember correctly. Lol just a skinny little twig. Got him from Rich who was having a sale. And wow, look at him now, such an awesome fish.
This is a great thread for everyone to compare notes. Since this is my first and only Tig, I'm learning as I go. I've had him a couple of years and he's now 18" so I've gained some knowledge up to now but always happy to learn more.
Still at 9.....anyone else?
