Can you convert Mono Sebae's to freshwater?

Anyone know if you can wean mono sebae's off brackish water and evenually put into just freshwater?

Yes, certainly. I would estimate that it takes some tens of thousands of years, or thousands of generations of selective breeding.

Why not wean the tank to the desired specs of the inhabitants instead?
