i did that circle counterclockwise square clockwise with pointer finger thing. just dont really concentrate on making the circle, concentrate more on the square.
i still cant make the "spinning dancer" change direction while im looking at it

Focus on her right leg to make it go clockwise then focus on the shadow but blur ur vision a bit then clear it and you will notice it going counter its really easy once you train your eyes to notice it.
