Fish don't pee in my bed, poop in the hall, stink up my apt, rub against my leg when they are out of water, need to have the door closed so they don't run out the door, wake me up in the middle of the night by jumping on the bed, cost $20 a week in litter and food, walk under my feet making me fall in the middle of the night, DO YOU REALLY NEED ANY MORE OF AN EXPLANATION!!!!!!!!

My little dog eats about $20 worth of food a week.

Johns 5ft Arapaima costs $20 per feeding.

because i am there god and it makes me feel good about myself. lol, no i love my tank and fish because its something i can be proud of. it seems these days that no one actually realizes the work, time, effort, and money that goes into fish keeping. Or even how hard it is the first time around with a tank. In y eyes its more than just a hobby, wich many of people have told me that i have an expensive "hobby", to me its just the same as keeping a dog or cat, but its better because i can feed my fish with fish, if i did that with a dog or cat, the law would be knocking on my door in a heart beat.

Its like watching the birds fly in the sky! It's beautiful man. And to know that I have raised these little cichlids of beauty (most since lil guy's) it gives me pride in knowing that these are my MF and I am greatful for God making such elegant creatures which if we did not keep we would never get the chance to see them how we see them. Works of art with wings in water. So relaxing and smooth, soothing to see there colors and there natural predetory beauty! Enough said!
