Leopard ctenopoma are interesting little predators that I really enjoyed keeping. They are very shy when small but can get pretty bold when the get 4+ inches. Some other fish that come to mind are the “pike heads” specifically Luciocephalus pulcher and the pike killifish (belonesox belizanus).
