It is possible, but very rare to find a tamed channa.
Picture shows a healthy endli, no bite marks on fins or tail.
Only time will tell if that combination will work out or not.

It is possible yes.
Aurantis in particular get VERY aggressive in adulthood.
And it isn't just the danger of aggression, it is more the fact that the Auranti is a sub tropical snakehead.
And IMO, snakeheads always look and act much nicer in species only tanks.
