Just looks like you got one of the colorless ones. My two look almost identical, got them beginning of this year.
 
People keep mention Appendiculatus but I thought there was no such thing anymore. I thought it was combined with Efasciatus. not trying to get off topic. Just curious.

If you google Efasciatus images, the Severums look like mine, no much color

yes Efasciatus is green, gold red spot and Rotkiel severum now. What I was referring to is I don't think the Appendiculatus classification exist anymore. I could be wrong I just thought thats what I read.
 
H. appendiculatus was combined with H. efasciatus by Kullander 2003. I've had a fish like yours before. It was a grey, colorless female with no markings and a maroon anal fin. I have no idea what she was but I'm assuming a mutt efasciatus of some sort. The fact that all substrate-spawning severums will interbreed means that it could be anything.
