can you id this fish?

i saw this at the lfs today when picking up my aros... they told me it was a snakehead, i dont belive that.

It's a Goby.

it was real big, i have a saltwater goby, i though like it look like a monster goby, its look like 10 inches i think.

there are gobies this big? are they brakish?

There are Brakish water gobys and they can be quiet large. But idk this species.

I think it's a Jade Goby, and I think they are freshwater.

Ditto on the jade goby. My lfs recently got some of these in and I was about to get one... but then I read about how big they can get. No goby for the 55g, lol.

he was with an old silver aro, i m getting interested now that i know is a goby, going to research about it.

it's a jade goby. i love mine. wonderful personalities and get decent sized.
