Can you identify this Channa?

i've wanted one of those for so long. i found out my lfs sells snakeheads for like 50cents each back in 2002 but i didnt become interested in fish until 2008 when they got banned. where did u get one i need to know!! 
def an obscura , insignis have prominant bars / chevrons accross the back , and the belly has tthinner stripes , also the spots along the centre never join each other on insignis and this one looks like the rear spots so indeed run into each other.

Unfortunaley my channa has stopped eating and is constantly hiding behind a piece of driftwood all day. I pulled the driftwood out and and he just stayed in one spot. Damn this sucks, any reason why this could be happening?
