Can you identify this fish

So I was wondering about mating how big does she have to be. I have her in the tank with a large male front and a large male flower horn. Due to it already being a hybrid I was thinking that the FH had the best chances. What do you guys think, and is this a viable pair or should I not let it happen.
 
It may breed with the Flowerhorn but not the other fish you have. I had one breed with my Urupthelmus and the babies were awesome.
 
there was one at my LFS that breed with a firemouth. i have a pic of the baby in my album.
