I want to keep a marlin or swordfish as pet how big of a tank of a tank does it need and what to feed it

Technically yes, but the people with resources to keep one wouldn't ask about it on MFK. They would task one of their henchmen to do it while they plot world dominion from their volcano lairs, and they would presumably feed it British spies.
The very smallest of billfish is the size of an adult man. They are also constant and active swimmers, to such an extent that not even public aquariums can keep them for long. You can estimate the volume they need by tracking your movement for a few days (Google Maps does this for you), determining how much you walk, and imagining a glass box around that area. For example, I like to walk to work, which is about 4 km away from my house, so a 4 km x 4 km x 500 m tank ought to do it.
You are much better off working with wrestling halfbeaks or freshwater pike-characin (of which the hujeta gar is the most commonly available), which have a similar morphology and hunt by lunging at prey with their long bills, but do not have "must own a Forbes 500 company" as a prerequisite for their keeping.

Well to start, a fish swimming 50 mph with a pointy nose would probably snap in half even in the largest aquarium in the world. Feeding a fish like that is gonna cost about 1k a week. Acquiring one legally is going to be impossible, as they are not in aquarium trade and a baby isn’t legal size and even if you catch a legal sized one how are you going to transport it back to your 300,000 gallon tank that they would need MINIMUM. This just points out 3 out of probably 100000000 issues that could happen if you attempted to keep one.
But to answer your question the only realistic way to keep one if it’s even legal would be to fill a 5+ acre pond with salt water. And filter it. And make sure there’s nowhere for it to break its nose. This alone is going to cost you probably 2+ million, so unless you have the money to commit to this massive, multi year project of just building this, I would say steer completely away from this, I’ll stick to eating swordfish instead!
