can you keep needle fish and rocket gar together

that looks like a pike live bearer (bascially a predatory molly lol). a rocket gar or hujeta is a characin ( a predatory tetra)
and the needlenose is a brackish fish. i forget the class it belongs to. bascially long term it is not a good idea.

so in the end could i keep a hujetaa gar and needlefish togrther, if not how many needle fish could i keep in a 30 long 45/16/14 or how many H gar could i put in there like a single species tank. Then the same question how many could i keep of either species in a 50 gal 48/32/18
