Tank is a 180 has a delray 240 rated for a 240 gallon tank wet dry, marineland 530 full of matrix pond two ati sponge filters. I want to use a sea clear as a water polish. Take out the Gen x PCX 40 and make some space in the stand to add the sea clear.

Which Delray pump do you have ? GPH ? How big is your sump ?
The Marineland 530 is rated to 150 gallons @ 530 GPH.
The Gen X PCX 40 is rated @ 1190 GPH ( 0 head) and could conceivably run one Ocean Clear canister by itself.

I'm still unclear as to how you are using these components together.
How large a fish stock are you supporting ?
If you truly want help you need to give a clearer description of your setup.
