IMO I found Jar to be less jumpy than silvers. But you need to have strong lid if you have an aro tank.
Also my Jar preferred to swim the area between Top & middle of the tank unlike Silvers who majorly cruise on top of the water surface.
180G tank would be ok.
well as said before, it would be on its own so it cant kill anything, and yes the 125 would be a grow out and by that point if i didnt have my pond done which im planning will be 10x6 then i will get it a 240 at least for it. (money is not an issue and would make sure the tank was ordered about 6months before he would grow out his grow out lol
will try not to feed it feeders as i wont want to risk losing it, but i believe it is only 4" atm
