Can you tell what it is yet? Construction has started!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yeah i know, and it's the same advice i'd give someone else too.

Just can see the light at the end of the tunnel now and wanna get on with the fun bits (decorating, setting the filter up, moving fish etc)......probably means i'm all set for a catastrophic leak.

 i sence panic setting in right about now, take ya time mate your doing a great job and think of the result at the end when you know it has been done properly.

I think we all get anxious when we start a project like this, look at me, most of my materials are sitting staring at me but no time or room to start it, that makes me feel really anxious :( It will get done aall in good time

Yeah true. I'll finish this then start on with the next project, it's quite satisfying to finish a project and get stuck into the next (must learn how to weld! (good 20ft ISO containers available on ebay for £500:naughty:))

I'm preparing myself for the worst though. If i'm ready for the worst and it does fail then i've got nothing to be upset about, if it works then it's a good day. But if i felt confident inside then had an epic fail trying to fill it then it'd really suck big floppy donkey dick.

Unfortunately filters on works computer so i can't ebay:(

I'm talking about taking a standard ISO shipping container, going nuts with a grinder and a welder for a bit, take out a side and replace with glass, seal it all up and drop a hose in the top.

No idea where an iso container tank thread is, but i have heard of them. With the right skills and materials it seems like a genius way to have a giant multi-1000gal mobile aquarium. Keep the fitting points on and protect it enough and it's even shipable anywhere.

There's better options than burying an ISO container and chopping the top off to make an instant pond:naughty:...........I'll stop there before mrs satan shouts at me!
