Candiru as pet?

I stopped by Absolutely Fish today and saw they were selling a Candiru. I didn't pick it up but how would anyone deal with the feeding?

I had no idea they are sold as pets.
Maybe you could feed it whole dead fish.
 
I saw them available too... when i inquired they said to get big comets and let them slowly kill them.... Great pet! LOL BTW the guy who imported them said one of his clients spawned them in a tank.

Eew... Just having one would make me cringe every time I walked past the tank (hopefully you know what I am referring to...)

Well I don't know about you but so far I think I've done a pretty good job of not peeing in my fishtank so I'm not quite as concerned about that...and just think of the fun conversations it could start

Can't be sure that you really saw a candiru (more likely a fish that looks somewhat similar to candiru) unless you post a picture...
