I did notice them on the banned list of Florida's fish and game deparment, so I assume California is probably a safe bet to have banned them too. The danger of keeping them in an aquarium is nonexistant from what I understand, unless you actually submerge your genitals in the aquarium water and proceed to urinate, but the infamy factor is high here. I'd almost imagine that they'd have to be kept in a solitary tank lest they parasitize every other fish one by one. Well I assume this one will probably hit a dead end, but if anyone hears of them for sale I would be curious . . .
