If your tank is cycled you would have 0ppm nitrate and ammonia.

I use some product like cycle or stress zyme it apparently adds like bacteria that feed in waste and i’ve used it on the first day setting up the tank and 1 week in. I’m not sure if this helps the reason my tank is most likely not cycled or not but yeah the ammonia and nitrate amount is 0PPM

I'm pretty sure Kris meant 0ppm ammonia 0ppm nitrite. Nitrate must be greater than 0ppm (assuming your tap water is 0ppm nitrate).

If nitrate = 0ppm, then your tank is not cycled.
