looks like definately a fluval. i saw pics of a fluval 203 and it looks pretty much the same except the motor part. there are no pics of the 302 anywhere on the internet
and for the kink ive been trying to straighten it out forever, i rotate the canister forward and backwards every water change to try to make it not bend.
