I dunno if this is a problem or just normal but my Fluval leaks when tipped over a bit, I thought I didn't have it closed right so I checked like 3 times and it kept leaking... so please people tip your Fluvals

I have no clue on how to fix filters, but the seam could be seperating.

I set up the filter, not leaking
It just leaks when tipped so I guess I wouldn't have to worry for now, though I am like $h!t nervous

Its possable that its just residual water from removing the hoses.

how would I open the filter then?? I'm getting confused sorry

Seal it with a water based lubricant that is condom safe. KY Jelly is wonderful. A lot of oil based lubricants rot rubber, so you will then have to replace the o-ring overtime. I use this all the time for my Whisper filters.

I had a fluval 304 that would only leak when power was off, but it would make a mess. Does yours leak with the power off?
