I actually disagree. Live Rock is the holy grail of biological filtration. It even removes Nitrate. I'm constantly testing Nitrate in my FW tanks and doing water changes to keep it below 20. Plus, there are no protein skimmers for FW tanks which remove the waste from the water. I love my FW tanks, but my SW is way easier to maintain.
