Canister help?!

I was thinking of getting a co2 system for my 75 gallon fish tank, is there any recommendations?

I have a 5 lbs canister with a cheap FZone regulator with a Solenoid connected to a Timer Outlet. I also have it run into an inline diffuser connected to my canister filter output.
