Yeah. I completely understand shipping charges and everything. I just didn't want to have to pay for them and then also worry about the fish making it to my house alive

I was paranoid about mail order as well but if you use a reputable vendor you will probably get healthier fish than local. I am now a firm believer in online fish purchases

IMHO, there is no reason to stay away from mail order reputable vendors - if a fish comes in dead or sickly, they will take care of you fairly. This has been shown innumerable times.
