thanks for the comments...I tell you though,after building this it makes me think of about 100 more tools that would have made the job easier...Number one on the list is a router...But Im not sure if you can rout oak plywood..It would probably splinter apart...But for the money paid for materials,and the quality of the prebuilt ones I looked at,you cant beat it..Especially for alittle piece of mind that you wont wake up to 200 gallons of water on your floor...(HOPEFULLY).LOL..

That is a good looking piece of work, you must have some decent tools. Yes, you can router oak plywood, just make sure the bit is sharp and take your time.

Agreed. I have even routed cdx junk with fairly good results. Obviously thicker is better and easier.
