yeah ok, I wanted to subscribe to this thread so sorry about the stupid question, I have a few ideas floating around up there myself. Seems to me the more cover the less evaporation. Especially with the ac running. I just don't like the big wooden look thing going on.

if you dont like to look at the wood try diamond plate aluminum i am going to try it on the next small canopy i build.
