Well here's mine. he's about the same size as yours. Not quite showing the attitude you'd expect but every once in a while he goes nuts. its hard to imagine that attitude in a fish twice this size.View attachment 871769

Nice after seeing all these dovii pics I've re-considered keeping dovii again but as a solo wet pet. I'm not feelin like breeding dovii again lol. I might get lucky and have one lined up and at my place in the beginning of February. Time for some true monsters at my place again. I'm thinking about adding managuense, dovii, and trimacs to my collection, but just solo males. Ill continue breeding umbee and festae but that's it for now

Very cool Jason!! Would definitely love to see some dovii back in your fishroom! My male may stay a wet pet due to the breeding factories parachromis are considering breeding him with an f1 Nic to freshen up the bloodline a bit. Trimac's are on my short list as well. I really like dealing with wet pets. You never have to worry like with pairs/community tanks. I say skip the Jags and go Haits instead
