Coosae? IS that like a Suwanee or what? Pix? Heard of 'em, but never seen one

you by now should know about me and pics lol I promise all day long then never deliver but if I remember tonight I'll throw a couple in. They are a goldish green, shaped like a smallie but only get like a 1/3 of the size. real neat little guy.

I like the native personalities better than all my SA and African fish 100%, plus catching fish and putting them back doesn't allow you to actually experience the fish themselves and how they interact when they aren't being drug out of the water by their faces.

its a niche part of the hobby I'll give you that, but I enjoy my grass pickerel, crappie, catfish and p-seeds far more than my other fish.

the BIG PLUS is they were all free, and are replaceable without having to order them from somewhere.

EDIT: I'm not one of those freakin' colorful fish nerds either lol, I like how a fish behaves more than what it looks like, but during spawning time my alpha male P-seed will put 99.9% of exotic cichlids to shame color-wise.

I think i view it diff then most......i live in a small town in northeast pa where theres tons of local rivers/ponds/lakes.......and everyone and their mother has a pond....so i guess i view it diff.... for me i enjoy keeping fish from other places in the world....if i want to see a large mouth bass or crappie ill go in pretty much my back yard.....i couldnt see myself wasting $$$ on electric bills to keep them when they are right outside.......but everyone enjoys diff fish......so more power to you bud

haha fair enough, move to florida and you can see half the exotics you keep right in your back yard too haha

EDIT I live in a backwoods town in western PA haha, 50% of the stock in my 310 came from ponds ten seconds from my house lol. I find it enjoyable to net out young fish and grow them into wet pets.

Does it count if I keep Chubs, suckers and Panfish in a tank for a 24/7 supply of live bait?
