Definitely a waste in all departments. I've been that stupid drunk and drugged out teen, I hope they learn as I did- drugs and alcohol are bad! And I do not mean to include marijuana, although that should definitely NOT be used by children/teens. Marijuana should only be used medically/therapeutically by adults and prescribed by a medical professional.

Alcohol is most likely what killed those fish.
