Have you had the concrete inspected?? How old is the house?? "usually" when they run pipe under concrete, by building code it should be reinforced concrete either by means of rebar or stronger mix concrete consiting of fiberglass mixed in. Though you would probably be okay with it, i would see if you can find the specs on the concrete. And what i would look for is total thickness and depth that the pipes are from the surface.
