Cape banded White throat Vs. White throat monitor.

I’ve been interested in getting a second monitor lizard for some time now. Ive been looking into getting a white throat possibly a cape banded and I’m just wondering what the differences between the two are besides there patterns and most of all the price? If anyone knows more about these two monitors I’d greatly appreciate the help!
On another note, I’ve seen a lot of people comparing white throat and black throat monitors online but what are the differences between white throats and savanna monitors. The two seem very similar in size and care. Is one really worth getting over the other for the price? I’ve read they are very closely related and while I do like the look of the white throats more then the savanna does one make a better pet then the other at the end of the day I’ve recently found some really neat savanna monitor morphs, any thoughts?

Savs and blackthroats/whitethroats tend to be very similar in care and temperment, however savs tend to be smaller than b.t monitors.
Both eat a similar mollusk and insect diet.

So it basically comes down to personal preference .

I would see if their are any that need rescuing in your area.
