If you would like to distinguish between the two scenarios - "I am healthy but waiting for my preferred live feeders" or "I feel sick and have no appetite" - you could offer live earthworms, ghost shrimp, or feeder fish.

What have you been offering it? Have you tried many options?

Tried VitaChem or simply garlic sauce?

The fish in that fuzzy photo looks already very skinny. I'd be worried a bit how much reserves it got to go on a hunger strike, if that is what it is.

Just be carefully with the disturbance although try different foods. I think the first thing mine actually took was an earth worm but since then it's been mussell meat but is still very hit and miss. Likes the lights on otherwise he gets spooked but not too bright. Have mine around neutral and 76 degrees. Need a tank where the whiskers are not always touching something. As said, like to swim to flow.
