captive bluegills as feeders?

Well I did it! Threw em in there. They didn't last long at all. About 8 3-5" Bluegills all gone now.

i go out and catch them all the time for my bass.
in the wild "in fl" they eat tons of blues

I feed all sorts of native fish to my bass. Sunfish, perch, fatheads, etc. Cheaper to catch them than to buy feeders. I will say though that most fish do better with a varied diet. My bass also eats krill, crayfish, shrimp, and high quality pellets.

There was a glare from the sun since it was during the day time. So its a crappy vid and they ate them too fast so I didn't get to get a close up .
