Captive Bred Jaguar prince!?

Been a long time in the works.

This is Fishdog's lil male. Captive bred White Seam High Spot Jaguar Ontorango?!?? maybe?

Fishdog was persistant in persuing the mother, and obtained a very nice male. I knew it was a good idea. Was just glad to help her along her way to her real home. This is an obvious sign of his success with those 2 beautiful rays. Very nice work!!! Thank you for giving me the oportunity to watch this beautiful ray develope.

Here's some pics, some with my pair of keepers from my cb Marble litters. Female Marble is the larger Marble. She's a year and a half this month. Male Marble is 10 months. Hopefully the Jag will find the lady Marble attractive in the future and they develope Jarbles.

Jag got here Sunday... Ate shrimp the 1st night here.....


This Jag's a riot.... This tank is a 4x3x1.5 with a Dart on it, so it's got some pretty crazy current in there. The Jag sat on the ground for the 1st 5-6 hours next to the side of the tank with the overflow, occasionally pushing off, making an attempt to swim, suck back down to the bottom and slide back into the wall. The next morning I saw him flying around the tank, landing on the side and suction cupping himself to the side, Hang there for a bit and take off. Never seen anything like it.

The tail on that lil bugger is longer then the full, untouched tail of the Marble that's a year and a half old. Hopefully the other rays and fire eel leave it that way....

I know he will be spoiled in your care. Not taking anything away from his sisters but I feel he will turn out to be one of the nicest jags on the planet even passing his mother.
