Captive PBB Photos and Observations

Looks really nice DRteugelsi DRteugelsi ! Fins looks good and the pattern is really nice too.

How are the pectoral fins? It seems like most of these came in with poorly shaped/damaged pectoral fins but mine is healing up nicely and they're getting a more round appearance.

The color of mine is washed out over garnet, I will be adding grey sand to see how that affects it.

I didn't see any damage whatsoever on this guy. The pectoral fins did have some odd redness on them but it went away after a day or two

PBB looking nice. Mine has stayed dark (patterns barely visible) ever since I removed the white sand and revealed my painted black bottom.

But I like it.... lol

From what I've seen so far, the CB Koliba and Pbb looks best over black substrate.

@spacegoats on IG has them on bare bottom glass no paint, and his show really nice contrast.

I prefer the greens to show more though.

Got a really good pic of him today. I think I may stick with black sand on the 250 I never thought I would be this happy with my pbb but I can't stop taking pics of him. He's just so fascinating to watch and everything.

Sorry about the mess I just put some rid-x in.
