Bro, geez. This is your first post.
I dont see question on tank mates, just a question about Spectabilis. So I was just wondering. 3 pages and nobody but 1 guy had any, and no body gave pics. Thought that I was helping out with what the thread was about. Let me know if you have any questions about Spectabilis, or want more info. Cause I dont do Sevs or Heroina, so cant input on those.
If you read the thread I said I just got a pair and they are in quarantine and I would take pics when they came out. They got banged up in shipping and had some fin burn. I'm not posting pics of banged up fish. I also said that I planned to raise them w/ the heroina. I keep all kinds of South Americans from cichla, pikes, festae, dwarves and discus. Ryan and I share several species in common. I don't see the big deal of discussing possible tankmates, especially when All concerned are expensive.

Sure thing, what are you feeding yours? Do you plan to spawn them? Where did you get them?

Yes I plan on spawning them. They get a varied diet of several types of pellets. (Hikari, NLS, Omega, Xtream) Superba Krill, and spinach. I got mine from Rehoboth Aquatics.
Mine are eating pretty much anything offered. I figured they woul have same appetite as my kraussi and myersi. My male is also bullying female. Not sure if I will put them in separate tanks or put them in w/ other potential pairs of other species too monitor close and see if bond gets stronger. Dan from COA told me about Rehoboth at ACA. My LFS is trying to order from them but getting weird vibes on the phone.

My male is very personable already. Always up front watching me, and eager to eat. He is far more personable than my Kraussi and Myersi. So far I really enjoy them. Well worth the high dollar. So Far. LOL

The male is sharing a tank with 2 x M&F Fens, 1 x M. Lyonsi, 1 x F Atro, 1 x Bocourti, 1 x F Hartwegi. He does well with all but the Bocourti. He is not fond of the Atro either. The male is about 5", and is smaller than all the others.
The female is hanging out with much smaller fish. She is enjoying the confines of the huge 400 with a couple Trimac, pearsi, Hoga, Umbee, Godmanni, Micropthalmus, Ec. Festae, and a trio of Ornatums.
