for that price range and what your looking for...i really cant think of anything. only thing comes to mind is the s2k but you might have to add a few more grands. i know you wanted more than 2 seats.

what about an integra type R if you can find one. leave it stock or fix it up. ricey or not...it all depends how u fix it up if your into jdm scene. but leaving it stock is just as nice. maybe lower it a bit and rims. clean and simple. and pretty fast and v-tech roars. fun to drive. fwd tho. also its theieve magnet.

definitely considered the type r, but driving a thief magnet is a real issue too... some people just can't keep their hands off other people's property sadly...

u can get a sti or a wrx.. audi, mazda,nissan,.... look on craigslist... u can get good prices on cars there.. but id go with the sti.. it has a nice lobe to the pipe... umm or a mazda speed6.. idk how old are you? it depends on your personality do u like cars in generale. fast, slow, do u want it to have ballz.

definitely want a car with speed / performance to it.
i'm nearly 30.
i considered the wrx, but i've sat in a few and they feel kind of basic in the sense that you know that the money went mostly into the chassis, engine, suspension i.e. performance elements and a lower % went into things like interior quality and things just felt plasticy inside.
i know i am asking a lot for what i am considering paying - i want the best of all worlds... which is kind of why i ended up with an is300 right now (luxury, performance, not too ricey etc.) :)
i'm trying to move it up a notch and get something a bit more performance oriented. had considered the s4, but not quite sure about it...

I don't think you can move it up a notch from an IS300 with $10K. Just my humble opinion.

Subaru: The Japanese car the Germans wish they made.

I would say a B4 Audi S4.....Tons of performance mods and power increases are pretty much limitless. The quattro all wheel drive is Insane and it seats four people. Jus make sure u get one from someone who took care of their car. But I have seen these goin for around 10k on ebay. Good luck.....

definitely no american cars, sorry

any ideas?
nope. not without american cars. mustangs are pretty good.
wrx and sti are ok but alot of people stick cheap mods all over it. gotta be careful with it.

spend a small amount extra and u can pick up a nice charger. be a decent bit more but still they are beasts.
there are many american cars in that range. but what ever floats ur boat man.
personnally ive been looking to spend right around 10 to 15k and was looking a Chevy Trailblazer SS(fast as crap) some used chargers and though about upgradeing my mustang. also looked into(and nearly bought) a Chrysler Crossfire.(fun fast and if u spend alittle extra for the SRT6, u get supercharged!) but that has no rear seat so i cant buy one now. got a baby on the way.

I think he said he has an IS300.

I'd go with an WRX for performance and reliablilty.

If you want to add in luxery then it adds to the cost or you have to start looking to older years to get into that price range.

I drive a car that is a Luxury sports car. Can easily be gotten for under 10k since they were made from 91-99. 94-99 being more desirable.

Its the Mitsubishi 3000gt VR4. They are AWD, AWS(thats all wheel steering), they have a 3L v6 twin turbo that make 320 out of the box with leather interior and power everything. My car has options most newer cars over 60k don't have.
