Zeolite will remove ammonia, but carbon removes a lot of different chemicals.

what is chemi-pures consistency? is it like a powder or large rocks like biomax? I'm just wondering how they could be added into an Aquaclear.

zeolite removes ammonia but you dont want that, it staves the biofilter and BB,

carbon memoves organics and meds

its grain is fairly small, not like sand though just alittle coarser.

just rinse and drop it in the aquaclear, it already comes in a bag
