i agree with feeding sparingly,try to get them 3 feedings a day.young fish have small stomach,excess food just fouls the water.snails are a good idea

I think omega one is good food. I have 7 f1 breidohri fry in a 40g and that's what I feed mine.

Yeah, I have noticed some of the food is wasted. So, I will cut back. I do feel like feeding a little bit is not gone to be enough. Like I said before this is my first time with this size cichlids. I don't want to underfeed them but I do not want to over feed either.
